Asante Community Park In Surprise AZ is situated in the area of 13th Street and Greenway Road. It is a very large park with about 20 acres, which has been used by the local residents for outdoor activities such as hiking, bird watching, running or just taking a walk around the track or enjoying their lunch. The park was once called Southwest Regional Park because it’s formed from land that was to be used for a landfill but later on due to environmental reasons it became a public open space where everyone could enjoy instead.

Asante Community Park In Surprise AZ also provides amenities for other outdoor games like basketball court and several soccer fields which are surrounded by bleachers for people to watch while kids play soccer games. A nice little lake has ducks roaming around and fishing poles can be borrowed from the park office.

Asante Community Park In Surprise AZ is also open to public for admission fee but there are certain areas of the park that does not allow public access for safety reasons such as the landfill and recycling center. The park is located at 13th Street and Greenway Road. It can be reached from Grand Avenue by turning on Greenway Road, which will lead you to the entrance of the community hilltop where a lot of hiking trails start from there.
